Welcome To Our Quarterly Newsletter, January 2002

We have just booked our tickets, so yes, we are going! On March 5th 2002 we will be flying to South Africa.

Africa Here We Come !!!

We will land at Johannesburg airport on 6th and then for the next few days we will be engaged in buying a vehicle. Once we have found what we are looking for, we shall then start the 3 day journey to Zambia.

But, before we are off to Africa, we shall be going back to All Nations Christian College for 6 weeks. Our first 10 weeks in autumn were such a blessing. Having the opportunity to interact with other nationalities helps us tremendously in understanding other cultures. One thing that we both appreciated was some of our African friends. They themselves understand both cultures, so they help us understand their thinking and their behaviour. That to us is so helpful, especially with the task of leading a Christian Mechanics College in an African country. It is a great preparation time for both of us.

We would like to share with you 3prayer points:

• For the nation of Zambia, may God continue to keep Zambia in peace.
• For our families as they themselves are getting ready to say goodbye to us, may God give them strength and peace.
• For us, may God continue to prepare us to the work He has called us, may He give us peace.
